How do I view my contacts?

 As a user of Apptivo Contacts App, you need to configure Views settings in order to enable "By Queue" in Contacts home dashboard. Under By Queue,you have to click on My Contacts. This will list all the contacts that has been assigned to you.

Steps to view My Contacts

1. Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Select "Lists" drop down. Click on “By Queue” and select “My Contacts” from the left navigation panel.
   
3. You can view all your contacts in the dashboard.
   
4. You can enable contacts check box to perform bulk actions. 
5. You can also "Delete" contacts, if needed.

How do I view All My Employees Contacts?

Contacts App allows you to view the contacts using a Filter option called By Queue, which allows you to filter the Contacts assigned to your employee Contacts App -> By Queue -> All My Employees
