How do I Create a Case Priority?

The cases app has several configuration settings that allow you to adjust the way the app functions. You can configure “Priorities” setting to define the urgency of cases.

Steps to Configure Priorities in Cases App

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar. 
  2. Click on "More" icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar. 
  3. Click on "Priorities” from the left navigation panel. 
  4. Click on “Create” button and specify:
    • Name - Name of the priority. 
    • SLA - Select SLA from a predefined list.

  5. Click on “Create” button. 
    View Priority
  6. By default the created priority will be in enabled mode.
