How do I view cases by queue?

First, you need to configure views settings of cases app in order to enable "By Queue" view in the dashboard.
Steps to view cases by queue
- Log in and access Cases app from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Select "Lists" drop down. Click “By Queue” from the left navigation panel.
- You can view following Queues:
