How do I view cases by queue?

First, you need to configure views settings of cases app in order to enable "By Queue" view in the dashboard.

Steps to view cases by queue

  1. Log in and access Cases app from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Select "Lists" drop down. Click “By Queue” from the left navigation panel.
