How do I View My Team Cases?

"My Teams" queue filters the created cases based on the teams. If you are added to any of the team(s), then you would view the team name(s) under my team. You will not find the team names if you are not on the team.
Steps to find Cases Assigned to Teams
- Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar. On the home page, select By Queue from the left navigation panel.
- Click on “By Queue” and select "My Teams" from the left navigation panel. You can view the list of teams you are part of.
- Select a team and you can view the cases assigned to the team.
- On clicking the More Details icon of a team, you will be redirected to the overview page.
