How do I Edit a Case?

You can log your problems and feature requests as a case in Cases App. It also allows you to edit the cases which are created.
Steps to Edit a Case
- Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Select an existing case you would like to update.
- Click on “More" icon to overview case information.
- You can view the "Case" overview page with Case Information.
- Click on the field you would like to modify, For instance: "Status"
- Select a status for the case from the predefined list.
- All your changes will be auto updated with a confirmation message.
