How do I Edit a Case?

You can log your problems and feature requests as a case in Cases App. It also allows you to edit the cases which are created.

Steps to Edit a Case

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Select an existing case you would like to update.
  3. Click on “More" icon to overview case information.

  4. You can view the "Case" overview page with Case Information. 
  5. Click on the field you would like to modify, For instance: "Status"
  6. Select a status for the case from the predefined list.

  7. All your changes will be auto updated with a confirmation message.
