How do I allow Users to Access Useful Links in Cases App?

Cases App allows you to provide access to the users who have the privilege to display useful links related to Cases on their respective accounts.
The Useful Links are the following.
- Quick Links - Contains several links that are frequently used by a person, enabling him to directly get to the concerned page, saving the user time.
- Integrating Apps - Contains a list of apps that are integrated with the Cases.
- Related Help Links - Consists of links relating to the Cases App.
- Quick Start Guides - Consists of the respective starter guides.
This permission to access useful links, can be provided only by the super-user(Admin). The users(Employees) who have the privilege for this access, can use the “Useful Links” option found in the left navigation panel of the Cases App.
Steps to allow Users to Access Useful Links in Cases App
- Log in and access Cases App from universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on “More(...)” icon and select “Settings” present in the app header bar.
- Select “Actions” under “Security” drop down located in the left navigation panel.
- Now, locate the “Useful Links” option and click on privileges drop down.
- Click “Create Privilege” option found at the bottom of the privilege drop down.
- Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the Display Dropdown option.
- Click on “Create” button.
- Once the privilege is created, go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

- Now, employee “Katie Dustin” has the privilege to access useful links related to Cases. In Katie Dustin login, the “Useful Links” drop down will be visible as shown below:
