How do I generate Aging Report?

Aging report will display all the invoices that are overdue. Apptivo allows you to generate the aging report as well as export it to the CSV format files. Lets take a quick look at the following steps to generate a revenue aging report and export the same.

Steps to Generate Revenue Aging Report
  1. Login and access Invoices App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "Reports" icon located at the app header bar.
  3. You can view "General" and "Revenue Reports" in left navigation panel.

  4. Click on “Aging Report” from "General Reports" drop down.
  5. Provide the following information:
    • Aging By - Select the value by the drop down
      • Invoice due date - Invoice due date is nothing but actual due date of creating invoice
      • Invoice date - Date of invoice creation
    • Customer- Select a customer from predefined list.
    • Invoice Date From - Start date.
    • Invoice Date To - End date.
  6. Click on "View Report" button to view report in dashboard.

  7. Click on "Export" button, if you want to export the report into CSV file.
