How to secure project budget section from my employees?

You can secure project budget section from other employees, If your employee has a project super user role, then he can access project budget section. This section will be hidden to the employee those who have "Project Manager" role.

Secure Project Budget Section

1. Log in and access Projects App from your universal navigation menu bar.
   
2. Click on "More"icon and select “Settings”located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on "Customize App" from the left navigation panel.
4. Locate and select "Project Budget" section and click on "Secure" button.
5. Please select and update the privilege as "View and update employee billing rate" privilege as shown in the Image below:
   
6. If you want to give access to "Project Budget" section  to your employees, assign "Project Super User" role or create new role with custom privilege and assign to an employee.
7. Go to Employees App, select an employee and provide a role as shown in the image below:
   
8. Now, the "Super User" and employees who have "Project Super User" role can only access project budget section.
