How do I Generate List of Leads Inflow Report?

Its a known fact that you as marketer for your company would want to know the lead numbers at the end of each quarter and in some case at the end of each month.

Apptivo Leads App allows you to generate a list of leads in a report format. Here you can view the number of leads in your lead database as per their  creation date.

Note: The leads inflow report can be exported to a spreadsheet to analyze.

Here let's take a look at the steps to generate list of leads inflow.

Steps to Generate List of Leads by Leads Inflow

1. Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on "Reports" icon located at the app header bar.
   
3. You can view "General" reports and "Sales" reports.
4. Click on "Leads inflow" from "Sales" reports drop down. 
   
5. Click on "Filter" option & Provide the following information:
   
   
   • Y axis – Value or count.
     1. Value - You can view Amount in Y axis.
     2. Count - You can view the Count in Y axis. (ie. Number of opportunities created for month)
   • Start Date – Start date.
   • End Date – End date.
6. Click on "View Report" to view the Leads inflow with graph.
   
7. Click on "Export" button to export the results.
