How do I Generate List of Leads by Status?

As a small business owner or a senior sales personnel, there are times you would want to know the status of the leads that you had passed on to the sales team between a specific period. Using the report, you can create business strategies to convert the leads to opportunities.

Apptivo Leads App allows you to generate reports by status, by setting start date and end date. This report is generated by the values of leads "Estimated Close Date" and "Potential Amount".

Lets go through the steps to generate list of leads by status.

Steps to Generate List of Leads by Status

1. Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on Reports  icon located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on "Leads Performance by Status/Sales Rep./Lead Source" from left navigation panel.
   
4. Specify the following informations and click "View Report"
   Performance By - Select "By Lead status" from the drop down.
   Created from - Created from.For instance empty
   Created to - Created to.For instance empty
   
   
   In order to generate the report for "leads by status" you need to create a lead with "Potential Amount" and "Estimated Close Date".
