How do I secure my custom field in Leads App?

Apptivo Leads App allows the user to secure as well as hid the custom created fields by not setting access privilege to it. If you want to give access privilege to certain  users that is possible in Apptivo Leads App.

Steps to Secure Custom Fields

1. Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “More” icon and select “Settings”  located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on “Customize App” from the left navigation panel.
   
4. From the Customize App drop down , select the "Master Layout" option.

1. You can view “Security" button from "Inspector" Option as shown in the image below:
   
2. Click on "Toggle Button"
3. We can Turn the button to ON or OFF Mode
4. You can edit  privileges by clicking on "Edit privilege” icon.
5. You can  view privileges by clicking on "View privilege” icon.
