How do I create mandatory custom field in Leads App?

Apptivo Leads Apps allows you to create custom mandatory Business fields as per their preferences to suit the business needs by using the Maser Layout. The mandatory business fields will be highlighted with a red asterisk near it. It will help you to add the mandatory values while creating the record.

Steps to create a mandatory custom field

  • Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the “More(...)” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

  • Click on the “Customize App” drop-down and click on "Master Layout" from the left navigation panel.
  • Drag and drop the attributes you would like to add.

  • Click on the added attribute. You will be navigated to the inspector tab on the right side palette.
  • Rename the attribute on the inspector tab and scroll down to view the Mandatory section.
  • Enable the “Mandatory Toggle ” button in the "Inspector" option.

  • Click on the “Save” button to update changes.

  • Now, go to the Create Leads page.
  • You can view the red "*" symbol in front of the field.
