The Customers App of Apptivo allows you to add the employee range while creating a customer or editing customer information. Let’s walk through the steps to create an employee range in the Customers App of Apptivo.
Steps to Create Employee Range
- Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header.
- Click on the "Customers" dropdown and select “Employees Range” from the left navigation panel.
- Click on the “Create” button to create a new range. Here, mention the starting and ending number of the employee range.
- Click on the “Create” button to complete.
- By default, the created employee range will be in enabled mode.
- You can also update range information by clicking on the "Edit" icon if needed.
- The created employee range will be listed in the # of Employees field of the customer Overview page.
- You can also add new employee ranges from this field on the Overview page.
