How do I Create Segments in Customers App?

- Log in and access Customers App from universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on "More" icon and select "Settings" located at the app header bar.
- Select the Customers dropdown and click Market & Segments from the left navigation panel.
- Click on the Add Segment button in the segment information dashboard.
- Now add segment popup emerges, in which provide the name of the segment.
- Click on the Create button to complete.
- The created segment for the market will be highlighted with a gray-colored dialog box.
- You can click on Add Segment to add more than one segment for a market. The created segment will come into view in the Segments dropdown while choosing the Market in the Create Customer Page.
