How do I Customize Default 360 in Customers App?

A 360-degree view means the user can view all the tabs in his homepage at a glance.  This is an important feature in Apptivo CRM because you can download all the applications that you want on your homepage. Here are the steps to customize the 360 degree view when you are using a Customers app.

Steps to Customize Default 360

• Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on the More(...) icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

• Click on the Customize app and select the “Views” from the left navigation panel on the Settings page.
• You can view "Default 360 App” as shown in the image below:"
• Click on the “Default 360 App” drop-down and select your preferred App.

• Changes will get updated automatically.

• You can view your preferred app in the 360-degree tab as shown in the image below.
