How do I Schedule Follow Up for Opportunities in CRM?

Follow up is a process of monitoring the existing opportunities in a future date. Follow-up schedules need to be maintained in order to keep track of potential opportunities.

Let’s go through the following steps.

Steps to Create Follow Up

  • Log in and access Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Select an existing opportunity that needs to schedule follow up.
  • Click on the “Schedule follow up” button from the Overview page.
  • On the Create follow up popup specify;
    • Follow up Date - Date to be followed.
    • Reminder Time-Reminder
    • Description - Follow up description.
Schedule Follow ups
  • You can view scheduled follow-up opportunities in the “To follow up” menu from the left navigation panel.

How do I Complete follow up?

  • Select the opportunity from the “To follow up” menu.

  • Click on the “Tick mark” next to follow the update as shown. The opportunity to follow up will be marked as completed.

  • You can view the created follow-up in the calendar view by clicking on the Follow-ups tab.

Follow-ups schedules are necessary to avoid missing prospective business deals. It’s essential for your businesses to maintain all the list of follow-ups in one place. It would be quite difficult to view your leads/opportunities to follow-ups separately under each of its apps.
