SMS functionality in the Contact Center application allows you to send the SMSes directly to your contacts from within the application. It allows you to delete the conversation in bulk on the SMS conversation page. You can also delete the individual conversation of your contacts.
Steps to Delete
- Login and access the Contact Center app from Apptivo.
- Go to the SMS conversation page, you can view the list of SMSes for your contacts.
- By clicking on the individual contact, you can view the complete thread of messages of the individual contact.
- Near to the contact, you can view the select icon. Click on the select icon to select the conversation to delete.
- You can also select all the conversations at once by clicking on the select all icon on the header.
- Then, click on the drop-down near the select all icon to view the Delete Conversation option.
- By clicking on the delete conversation, all the selected conversations of contacts will get deleted.
- You will be getting a warning pop-up for delete confirmation.
- By clicking on the Yes button, the selected conversation will get deleted.
Note: Once the conversation is deleted on the SMS page, it will be deleted permanently, and cannot be restored.
- By deleting the conversation, the SMSes will get deleted on the individual contacts on the Contacts app as well.
- You can also delete the conversation by using delete conversation on the individual conversation page as well.
