How do I enable eSignature in Apptivo?

An electronic signature or eSignature is recorded in an electronic form which is intended to provide secure and accurate identification of the signatory. Apptivo is integrated with for eSignature.

Steps to purchase eSignature

  • Login into Apptivo using your credentials with a paid plan (Premium / Ultimate / Enterprise).
  • Click on User Name from the Universal Navigation Bar and select Manage Your​ Account from the listed options.

  • Select Purchased Credits in Credits Dropdown from the Left Side Panel.
  • Then, buy a Credit amount for about a minimum of $10.
  • Once the payment is completed, it will be shown in the below table.

Tracking the eSign usage history

  • Go to your User Menu.
  • Click on “Manage Your Account → Credits → Usage History”.
  • Here, you could track the usage and balance for all the Purchased Credits.

  • Go to your User Menu.
  • Click “Manage Your Account → Services → Financials → eSignature”.

  • Enable the eSignature toggle to support eSign in the Work Orders.
