How do I create a Purchase Order in Apptivo by Syncing with Xero?

Xero is cloud-based accounting software that can be integrated with Apptivo and the data can be synced. By this integration, you can now create and sync the Purchase Orders with Xero. You need to do the following steps to integrate Xero with Apptivo.

For Instance: Let us consider you need to sync the Purchase Orders to the Xero.

Steps to create and sync a Purchase Order:

  1. Login into your Apptivo account and go to the Purchase Orders App.
  2. Click on the “Create” button in the Overview page.

  3. Create a new Purchase Order with a new Supplier Contact.

  4. Click on “Create” to create a new Purchase Order.

  5. You can find the Purchase Order created.

  6. You can find the Purchase Order synced to Xero.
  7. Login into your Xero Account.
  8. Click on the Business tab from the universal navigation bar.

  9. Click on the Purchase Orders to find the Purchase Order created in Apptivo.

  10. Click on the Supplier name to get a detailed view of the Purchase Order.
