How do I Customize the Direct Campaigns App?

The Direct Campaigns App has several groups of customization settings that allows you to adjust the way the app functions. Customizing the app before entering your information is always a good idea, so it’s great you checked here first!

For instance: Based on the business requirements, the users can customize email templates, fields, page layouts, create additional fields in the creation page etc. This also includes renaming, reordering and even hiding tabs and fields that are not required.

Steps to Customize Direct Campaigns:

• Log in and access the Direct Campaigns App from the universal navigation bar.
• Click on the More (...) icon and select Settings from the App header.

You will be directed to the Settings page, with the following group of configurations in the left navigation panel and their corresponding values can be configured on the right:
