How do I Create Direct Campaigns?
Updated on September 12, 2020 05:27AM by Admin
The Direct Campaigns app enables you to track emails of the contacts, that satisfy the defined criteria (i.e.) any email sent from Apptivo to a contact record can be tracked. To do this, you need to Enable the Email Tracking in the Homepage Settings. There two options provided:
- Contacts - This allows you to track the emails sent to contacts based on the desired contact attributes (Contact Details, Contact Information, etc.).
- Emails - This allows you to define the criteria based on the email attributes (Subject, Sent Date, Template & Tags). So based on these attributes, the contact’s sent email history can be tracked.
