Where do I Find Deleted Campaigns?

Apptivo Campaigns allows you to view the deleted campaigns, using “Trash” option, where you can also enable the deleted campaigns using an option called “Restore”.

Steps to Find Deleted Campaigns

1. Log in and access Campaigns App from universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “More(...)” icon and select “Trash” located in the app header bar.
   
3. Now Trash dashboard will be displayed, where the following tabs can be viewed:
   • Deleted - Initially deleted campaigns, will be found under this tab. From here, you can “Restore” a campaign or “Delete Forever”.
     
   • Archived - If the campaign is associated with any other app, and if you try to delete it from “Deleted” tab, it will be found under this tab. You can also move it from trash, by clicking on "Enable".
     
4. Note: if the campaign is not associated with any app, then on deleting it from “Deleted” tab, it will be deleted permanently.
