How can I Give Users Permission to Access Settings in Employees App?

Employees App allows you to provide access to the users who are reputed to view Settings option in Employees App. The users who have privilege for settings are able to access "Settings" icon found under "More" idol in app header bar of Employees App.

For instance: If a super user (Katie Dustin) wants to give privilege for access Settings option to his employee (James William), then he will do the subsequent steps.

Steps to Give Permission to Users to Access Settings Option

1. Log in and access Employees App from your universal navigation menu bar.
   
2. Click on “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on “Actions” from security drop down from left navigation panel.
4. Locate the “Settings” option and click on privileges drop down.
5. Click "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the privilege drop down.
   
6. Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the settings option.
7. Click on "Create" button.
   
8. After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

10. Now, employee James William has the privilege to access “Settings” option in Employees App. In James William login, the “Settings” button will be visible as shown in the image below:
