Apptivo Campaigns App comes with preloaded newsletter templates which allows you to focus on familiarity and use your own logos and images, conveying about you, and lets them know what you have been doing. You can utilize your own particular email marketing newsletter or choose one of the many themed email newsletters from our gallery.

Pick your email newsletter, include your required message and send your email marketing newsletter in no time.

Steps to Customize Email Newsletters Templates

Log in and access Campaigns App from the universal navigation menu bar.
Click on the “More(...)” icon and select “Settings” located in the app header bar.
Select "Email" dropdown and then click on "Email Templates" from the left navigation panel. Where you will find the following options

Standard Template - Templates which you can create from Scratch
Basic Template - Pre Loaded Template which can be customised
MJML Template - Create email template using MJML Language (Please choose any of the above-mentioned email templates based on your requirement. For Now as of example I’m choosing Basic Template.)

Choose MJML from the options and If your account already had Default templates available it would show in the list or else Click “Create” Button for a new email template.
Please Choose “Newsletter” from the Select Category Dropdown which will show you all the available designs which are preloaded in Apptivo Campaigns App. Select a design suited as per your need and click on “Next”
The selected newsletter theme will be displayed in the body of the template. There are options to edit, reorder, duplicate and remove the header, footer and body sections, where you can

Insert attributes and images
Insert unsubscribe link
Insert social media buttons etc.

For instance: Consider the following email newsletter, which we are going to customize it for business marketing newsletter.
1. Header section - click on the "Edit" icon present in that section.
2. Body section - here, you can add a detailed description of the email newsletter template by inserting images if needed;
3. Footer section - the unsubscribe link can be added here in this section along with social media buttons to share your email newsletters with the goal of reaching a wider group of onlookers.
Once done, you can preview the created email newsletter, by clicking on the “Preview” button.
Finally, click on “Create” to complete.
After Creating the Email Template it will redirect you to the Customized Section which will list your newly created Email template which can be edited in the Future.
Go to Apptivo Campaigns App - Home and click on Create or Edit Existing Campaign.
Under Launch Detail, you will find Email Template where you can select your newly created Email Template.
