How do I view all my employees questions?

Steps to view all my employees questions

1. Log in and access Answers app from your universal navigation menu bar.
   
   
2. Customize the Answers app, to enable "By Queue" view.
   
   
3. Click "All My Employees" in "By Queue".
   
4. You would view all employees question.
   
   
5. Click on "Filter" button to select employee and view questions assigned to him.
   
6. If you want to filter questions for a particular employee. Click on the drop down of the filter all your employees would be listed.
   
   

When do I find All My Employees under By Queue?

As the name itself reveals that All My Employees. If you are the manager then you would find "All My Employees" tab under the "By Queue" menu. Here you can view all questions assigned to your employees. If you are an employee this will not be applicable you cannot view "All My Employees" tab under "By Queue" menu.
