Projects App allows you to create milestones and add tasks into the milestones using the "Add" option in the milestones overview page. You can also add more than one task in one milestone. (Note: The same task could not be added for more than one milestone).
Steps to Add Task into the Project’s Milestone
- Log in and access Projects App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Create a new project or select a project to add tasks to a project milestone.
- Click on the “More Details” icon on the dashboard.
- Click on a milestone “More details” icon to view information on the overview page of a project.
- Here, the tasks can be added in two ways:
- To add an existing task, click on the "Add Existing Task" button.
- Now, you can select a task to be included in your project and click on the Add button.
- The task is added successfully.
- To create a new task, click on the "Create" button.
- In the Create Task side panel, enter task details, and click on the create button.
