How do I Generate Cases Deleted without Update Report?

Cases app allows you to generate the reports as per your requirement. Here, you can view the cases that were deleted without any update using the reports option. Let's go through the following steps for a better understanding of the concept.

Steps to Generate Number of Cases Deleted without Update

  • Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the “Reports” icon located at the app header bar.

  • Click on “Cases Deleted without Update” from the “Cases Metrics For Receiver” drop-down in the left navigation panel.

  • Select the receiving email id from the dropdown.
  • Then, click on the View Report button.

  • You can also export your report using the "Export" option.

  • By selecting the Export button, you can view All Fields and Current View.

  • By selecting All Fields, the downloaded report will have all the fields from the Cases app.
  • By selecting the Current View, the downloaded report will have only the fields that are viewed in the View Report.
