Cases app has many default standard reports. You can generate a report that explains customer requirements by date using "Cases approaching need by date".
Steps to Generate Cases approaching Need by Date
- Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “Reports” icon located at the app header bar.
- Click on “Cases Approaching Need by Date” from the “Charts” drop-down left navigation panel.
- You can view cases approaching need by date chart in the dashboard.
- Click on the "Filter" icon and enter the details.
- Select the Customer and enter the Assigned to field.
- Then, select the Case Priority level and click on the "View Report" button.
- You can view the case chart.
- Click on the particular “Days to Need by Date” tab to view the case report on the dashboard. For instance: 0 - 5.
