How do I Generate Cases Past Due Report?

Cases app has many default standard reports. You can view the cases that are opened in the past due date using the "Cases Past Due" report option. The following are the steps to generate the report.
Steps to Generate Cases Past Due Report
- Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “Reports” icon located at the app header bar.
- Click on “Cases Past Due” from the “Charts” drop-down in the left navigation panel.
- You can view cases past due chart in the dashboard.
- Click on the Filter option to get accurate results.
- Select and add the customer and Assigned To field.
- Then, select the Cases Priority level and click on the View Report button.
- Click on the particular “Days from Need by Date” tab to view case report details in the dashboard. For instance: >180.
