How do I Add Leads into a Target List?

You can move a few qualified leads to the target list, for the sales team to look into the same. You can add leads to the target list in Apptivo Leads App in two ways:

• Access Targets App

• Access Leads App.

You can also add bulk leads to a target list. Here are the steps to transfer leads to the target list.

Access Leads app:

• Log in and access the Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.

• Select the leads to be added to the target list using the check box or you can also select customers based on specific criteria by using the Advanced Search and add them to the list.

• Here, I want to include all the leads in the target list whose Type is Decision Maker.

• Once the result is up, select all the leads. And click on the Bulk Actions button and select the Add To Target List option.

• Select Target list Name from a predefined list using the dropdown.

• Click on the Save button to save successfully.

• You can view the added leads in the Targets App as shown in the image below:

• Now you are all set to use this target list to announce the campaign for your business!
