The Cases app allows you to view deleted cases using an option called Trash, which allows you to enable Deleted contacts using an option called Archived.
Trash Dashboard
- Login and access the Cases App from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) Icon and select the Trash Folder.
- You can view all the lists of Deleted records in the Trash folder.
- In the trash dashboard, you can view the following tabs:
Deleted
- Initially, deleted cases will be found in this Deleted tab. From here, you can Restore and/or Delete forever cases.
Archived
- If Cases are associated with any app - then if we try to delete from the Deleted tab it will be found in this Archived folder.
- Select the case checkbox to restore cases by clicking on the Enable button.
