Businesses require different kinds of supplies. Grouping of different categories is a great way to keep the business organized. Suppliers App allows you to choose a Category that Suppliers belong to. It also allows you to create a new category using the customization option.
Steps to Create Supplier Category
- Log in and access the Suppliers app from your universal navigation menu bar. Click on the Settings icon located at the app header bar.
- Click on Supplier Categories from Suppliers drop down the left navigation panel.
- Click on the Create button and provide the following information:
- Name - Name of the category
- Price list - Search and select a price list. Click here to create a Price List.
- Description - Description of the category
- Click on “Create” to complete. You can see a new category is created.
- This category can be used while creating a Supplier in the Suppliers App.
