How do I Cancel an Order?

Orders App allows you to cancel the order which is created by you. The orders which are canceled will be immediately stored under the "canceled" tab.

Steps to Cancel an Order

  • Log in and access on Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on any of the lists. For instance: “Order Awaiting Shipment” from the left navigation panel.
  • You can view all Order Awaiting Shipment orders in the dashboard.

  • Click on the More Details(...) icon in the Actions category for the order to be canceled.
  • You will be moved onto the Overview page. Click on the Cancel Order button from the right corner of the page.

  • On clicking the Cancel Order button, you can view the "Warning" popup.
  • Click on the “Yes” button to cancel the order.

  • Orders canceled will automatically move to the “Canceled Orders”.

How do I Edit an Order?

Orders App allows you to edit the orders made by you, instead of deleting it and creating a new order. You can make use of this Edit option.
