How do I View Deleted Contacts in Contacts App?

The beauty of using Apptivo CRM is that only a privileged person with delete permission can delete the records. And all the deleted records are stored in the Trash. Therefore can be retrieved using the restore command in the Trash dashboard. To view, restore and delete forever, the records in the Contacts App, all that you need to do is select Trash from the app header. The Trash dashboard will display the tabs Restore and Delete Forever as well as the records that has been deleted. Select the records that you want to restore or delete forever and perform the necessary action.

The following steps will take you through the process of viewing the deleted records.

Steps to view Deleted Contacts

1. Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “More" icon   and select "Trash" located at the app header bar.
   
3. In trash dashboard, you can view tabs,
• Deleted
  Initially deleted contacts will be found in this “Deleted” tab. From here you can "Restore" or "Delete forever" a contact.
  
• Archived
• If the Contact is associated with any app - then if we try to delete from “Deleted” tab it will be found in this "Archived" folder.
• If the Contact is not associated with any app - then if we delete from “Deleted” tab it will be deleted permanently.
