How do I Create a New Project Status?

Project Status: It indicates the status of the project. The project status can be defined for at what is the current stage of the project.

Steps to Customize Statuses in Projects

1. Log in and access Projects App from your universal navigation menu bar.
   
2. Click on "More"icon and select “Settings”located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on "Statuses" from "Projects" dropdown which is located at the left navigation panel.
   
4. Click on “Create” button and provide following information.
5. • Name – Name of the status
   • Description – Description of the status
   • Completes Project – Select “No” if it’s a beginning process, Select “Yes” if it’s a finishing process of a project.
     
6. Click on “Create” button to complete. 
   
7. You can update the project statuses information by clicking on "Edit" icon, if needed.
8. By default the created project status will be in enabled mode.
