How do I Search for Estimates?

1. Simple Search

Simple search allows you to search using a single search field located in the header bar.


Simple search takes one search string as an input and searches across several fields including:

• Estimate # - Estimate Number
• Customer Name – Name of the customer.

Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:

Advanced search allows you to search using multiple search fields. You have access to advanced search by clicking the down arrow in the simple search field in the header bar.

Advanced Search in Estimates app allows you to search using the fields shown below:

• Customer – Customer Name
• Estimate # - Estimate Number
• Date start – Estimate start date 
• Date End – Estimate end date
• Payment term – Estimate payment term
• Estimate status – Estimate status
• Total more than – Estimate amount more than
• Total less than – Estimate amount less than
• Include discount – Estimate included discounts et al.
  for instance: Customer name.

Results will be displayed as shown in the image below:
