How do I Create an Invoice only for my Services?

You can create Invoice only for services by customizing general settings. A pop-up will appear which allows user to select the lines they want, while creating work orders. There you can select the option as “Display only services”.

Steps to Customize General Settings

1. Log in and access Invoices App from your universal navigation menu bar.
   
   
2. Click on “Settings” icon located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on  “Invoice” from left navigation panel and select "Default Invoice Lines" from the drop down.
   
4. You can enable “Allow users to select the lines they want, while creating an Invoice” check box to choose your preferred invoice line at the time of creating invoice.
5. Enable “Display only Services” to create invoice with service alone.
6. While you click on “Create Invoice” button. You can view “Create Invoice” popup as shown in the image below:
   
7. Click on “Continue” button to create invoice.
8. You can view invoice creation page with services provided as shown in the image below:
