How do I add or associate Items to the Supplier?

You can add more than one item for a supplier in Apptivo. If you purchase product(s) from the supplier, you can have that product associated with the supplier in the Suppliers app.

Steps to create supplier item

• Log in and access the Suppliers app from your universal navigation menu bar. Create a new supplier or select an existing supplier to add a supplier item. Click on the Suppliers Items tab.

• You will be redirected to the Suppliers Items tab.

• Click on the "Create" button to add items and specify the "Supplier Item Information" and "Manufacturer Information" like:

• Item - Start typing in the field, as it will auto-populate the existing item name, or create a new item using the "New" button.
• Item Code - This will be pre-populated from the Items app.
• Supplier Item # - Enter your preferred supplier item number.
• Supplier Cost - Supplier price.
• Supplier Item Description - Description of the supplier item.
• Manufacturer Information is optional.
• Manufacturer Name - Start typing in the field, as it will auto-populate the existing Manufacturer name.
• Manufacturer Item# and Description - Enter the values.

• Click on the "Create" button to create a supplier item. You can view the created supplier item in the list.
