Views are the filters found on the left side menu of the home dashboard. It can be configured to set as per your business needs.
Steps to Customize Left Panel Views in Suppliers
- Log in and access the Suppliers app in your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.
- In the Settings page click on the customize app and select the Views.
- In view, under the Left panel views, you can see the following menu types are found as the Enabled and All Views.
- By Queue
- Show All
- By Queue
- By Directory
- By Preference Level
- By Category
- By Tag
- By Views
- Shared Views
- In the Enabled view tab, you can view all the current enabled views.
- In the All View Tab, you can view all the views including the disabled views.
- You can select all your desired menu types that you would like to see displayed on the Suppliers dashboard.
- You must select at least one menu as the default home page.
- For instance, Toggle off the By Category option which is located on the left navigation panel.
- The changes will get updated automatically.
- Navigate back to the suppliers’ dashboard. The By Category will not be displayed on the home left panel view.
