How to restore the record from the trash folder in the Candidates app?

The Candidates App allows you to keep track of and manage your job applicants and schedule activities related to the hiring process. You can perform Bulk deletion using the bulk action feature. Once you’ve deleted candidates you can find them in the “Trash” menu. In the trash folder, you can restore the deleted records or delete them permanently. The following steps will help you understand better.

Steps to restore deleted candidates:

  • Log in and access the Candidates app from the universal menu bar.
  • Click on More(...) and select Trash.

  • There you can see all the deleted candidate records.

  • Click on all the candidates, you would like to restore.

  • Click on the Restore button to restore the records.
  • You can also delete the records permanently by using the Delete Forever button.
