The Candidates App of Apptivo allows you to store information of the candidates who are applying for the job in your company. It is one of the most common features in the recruitment management system.
In the Candidates app, Apptivo offers the Bulk action feature, which allows you to delete candidate records in bulk according to your business needs. Now we'll take a look at how to delete candidate records in bulk.
Steps to bulk delete the candidate records:
- Log in and access the Candidates app.
- Select the candidates to delete.
- Click on the Checkbox found at the top of the field to select all the candidates.
- After selecting the candidates, the Bulk Actions dropdown will be activated.
- Select the Delete option from the Bulk Action dropdown.
- Once you click on the delete button, all the records that you have selected will be moved to the Trash folder.
View Deleted Candidates records:
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Trash.
- On the Trash overview page, you can see all the candidates' records that you have deleted.
- You may use the Restore and Delete Forever options to restore or delete the candidates' records indefinitely, depending on your preferences.
