How to make calls from the dial pad in the Contact Center App?

The dial pad of the Contact Center App enables users to easily make calls within Apptivo. In addition, the dial pad lets users track recent calls and view the contacts available in the Contacts App.
Note: The Contact Center App is available only in the Ultimate and Enterprise plans of Apptivo.
- In the Contact Center App of Apptivo, select the Call icon displayed in the App Header.
- The dial pad will come into view. Here, you can enter the phone numbers to place calls. The Recent tab shows the recent call history of the logged-in user. You can make calls to the phone numbers or contacts listed in the Recent list by clicking the phone icon added next to the phone number.
- By clicking the dropdown icon next to a phone number, you can see the other phone numbers associated with a contact from the Recent tab. By clicking on any number listed in the dropdown, you can easily make phone calls.
- On switching to the Contacts tab, you can see the first 10 contacts present in your Contacts App.
- The visibility of the contacts is controlled based on the access level configured in the Contacts App of Apptivo. Click here to know about the access level in the Contacts App.
- To search for a particular contact, make use of the Search Contact bar. Here, you can search for contacts based on the contact name and phone number.
- You can make calls to the phone numbers or contacts listed in the Contacts list by clicking the phone icon added next to the phone number.
- There is also a virtual keyboard that allows you to easily dial the phone number on the screen.
