How to Export the Opportunities Report with the Loss Reason?

Apptivo’s Opportunities app allows you to get the Loss Reason Details when the Sales Stage is Changed to Closed Lost. It will help you to view and track the Loss Reason for the particular opportunity. In Addition, it will allow you to export the report with the Lost Reason details field in the Excel file. Tracking the Loss reason is also the most important part of the sales, so you can get a clear view of why sales or opportunities are lost.
Before exporting the opportunity report with loss reason make sure the Loss reason is enabled.
Steps to enable Opportunity Loss Reason
- Login and access the Opportunity from the Universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.
- In the Settings page, click on the Customize app and select the Master Layout.
- From the Master layout, click on the Hierarchical view and scroll down view the Opportunity Loss Reason.
- Enable the Toggle and save the changes.

Steps to Export
- Go to the Opportunity Home page and click on the Select All button.
- Click on the Select All button.
- Then, click on the Bulk Actions Dropdown and Select the Export.
- Select the Excel format as .xls or .csv format and select whether you want to export the All Fileds or Current view fields.
- Your exported file will get downloaded in the .xls format. You can view the Loss Reason Details in the Excel file.
