What is Portal Visibility in Answers App?

Answers App in Apptivo is an extensive tool designed to handle all kinds of customer interactions. You can provide access to your customers to view the questions and their subsequent answers. Portal visibility helps you to control the visibility of particular questions to your customers. You can change it according to your business needs.
- You can view the attribute called Portal Visibility in the create question page. It is a toggle field. It is enabled by default.
- In the Create Question page, add a question with the required information with the Portal visibility toggle on. Click here for steps on how to create a question.
- Once the question is created with the Toggle On, they can view the answers in their Portal.
- By creating the Question with the Portal visibility Toggle off.
- This Question will not be visible in the Customer Portal.
- To customize the attribute go to Settings → Customize App → Master Layout in the Answers App.
- You can view the Portal visibility Toggle. Select it to view its Inspector tab.
- With Label visibility, you can Enable/Disable the Portal visibility Toggle. If you select Off in the Label Visibility.
- Portal Visibility Toggle will not visible in the Question Creation Page.
