How to Group the attributes for table Import in Apptivo?

Apptivo provides Grouping attribute option to import the table attribute data. Grouping attribute takes the attribute values and puts them into groups, with each group given a unique name. Now you have the option to import the line-level attributes in the Contacts, Invoices, Orders, and Purchase Orders app.
For Instance: Let us consider the Contacts app.
Steps to Group the attributes for table Import in Apptivo
- Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click "More"(...) icon -> “Import” -> "CSV Imports" -> “Import”.
- You can import a New File or Update existing records. Click on "Browse" button and select CSV file from your computer and click on "Next."
- Map the contacts fields to the respective CSV fields. Make sure to map the table attribute data. Select the attributes that you would like to group from “Grouping Attributes” dropdown. Then click on the “Import” button.
- If there are different values in the grouped attributes, then It will be considered as a new value. If the different values are not mapped, then it will not be imported.
- You can either choose “Set For All” and change it as the same value or ignore it by clicking "Add to exceptions and proceed" button.
- Fill in the remaining information in other fields. Then the contacts will be imported successfully.
