The Ideas App provides a point for your business to form and collaborate on ideas to improve the operations of your business. Ideas App Collaboration helps you to customize the “Show” or “Hide” attributes. You can also create new privileges as per your requirements.
In the below image, you can view the “News Feed” collaboration on the overview page.
Steps to Customize Collaboration
- Go to the “Ideas App” from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “More(...)” icon and select “Settings”.
- Once the “Settings” button is clicked, then click on the “General Tab” dropdown and select “Collaboration” from the left navigation panel.
- By Default, all the associated activities will be enabled. Hide the “News Feed” by sliding the “Toggle OFF”. Now, the Collaboration is updated.
- Go to the Ideas dashboard. The “News Feed” tab will not be visible on the overview page of an Idea.
