How do I View Unresponded Opportunities?

Opportunity is simply a potential future sales and it goes without saying that it is the main ingredient of every sales funnel. A salesperson would also be aware that it is always associated with revenue.
Apptivo Opportunities module allows you to view a list of Unresponded Opportunities. That is you can filter out the list of opportunities who have not responded in time or responded vaguely. You can view your opportunities as well as your team's opportunities in the left navigation panel.
For instance: If a Sales Manager wants to view the opportunities who have not responded back, then he can view them under the “Unresponded Opportunities” and follow up on them.
The following steps will guide you.
Steps to View Unresponded Opportunities
- Go to Opportunities App.
- Whenever an opportunity is collected from email (Email to Opportunity), by default the opportunities created will be marked as “Responded”.
- Also, when you create a new opportunity, and once an email is sent out to that opportunity, the “Mark as Unresponded” button will be visible.
- If the customer sends an email back, it will automatically change over to “Mark as Responded” only if the following is done:
- Include Hashtag
- Configure Email IMAP
- You can also manually mark it as per your preference.
- The unresponded opportunities can be viewed under the “Unresponded Opportunities” in the left navigation panel.
