How do I Delete a Record Permanently from Trash?

As you know, when you delete a record from the app dashboard, this record is not removed permanently, and you can find it in the "Trash" folder. CRM apps allow deleting a record using the "Trash" option. You can also permanently delete items by using "Delete Forever" from "Trash".
Steps to Delete Records Permanently from Trash
- Log in and access Contacts App from the universal navigation menu bar.
- Go to More → Trash, you can view the deleted items dashboard.
- Select the records you’d like to delete and click on the “Delete Forever” button.
- You can also select all records using the checkbox found in the items list header.
- Warning popup appears for confirmation, click on the "Yes" button.
- Now, the records will be permanently deleted from "Trash".
- If the contact is associated with any app - then if we try to delete from the "Deleted" tab it will be found in this "Archived" folder.
