I configured RingCentral phone number, but I do not see call icon beside contact phone number. Why?

For this RingCentral integration to work, you need to authenticate your account, as mentioned accordingly: https://answers.apptivo.com/questions/13183/how-do-i-authenticate-ringcentral
Even after successful authentication, if you do not see the call icon beside the phone number, there are three possible reasons to be considered:
- The number given for the purpose of authentication in Apptivo differs to that used in RingCentral.
- If there is no number associated with that particular object.
- The phone number provided in the extension varies with the one entered in the object's record.
Please do the following to rectify it:
- The number given for the purpose of authentication in Apptivo differs to that used in RingCentral.
For instance: Consider the following; Here, enter the same main phone number using which you would login to RingCentral - If there is no number associated with that particular object.
For instance: Consider a Contact, where no number is provided in the Contact Phone field. Ensure that the phone field is filled. - The phone number provided in the extension varies with the one entered in the object's record.
For instance: Consider a Contact, where the contact's phone number needs to match with the extension provided.
Now, on rectifying these above mentioned issues, you will be able to see the call icon beside the contact phone number.
