How do I Customize Payment Methods in Supplier Invoices app?

Supplier Invoices App payment methods provide you a set of standard payment outlets for your invoices payments. Apart from that, you can add your own payment method if you would like.

Steps to Create New Payment Method

  1. Login and access Supplier Invoices app from universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "More" icon and select "Settings" located at app header bar.
  3. Select "Payments" drop down. Click on "Payment Methods" from left side panel.
  4. Click on "Create" button and provide:
    • Name - Name of the payment method.
    • Description - Description about the payment method.
    • Upload Logo - Logo for creating payment method.
  5. Click on "Create" button to complete.
  6. By default, the created payment method will be in enable mode.
  7. You can edit the payment terms by clicking on the "Edit" icon, if needed.
